Our Surveys

By taking part in a Healthwatch Leicestershire survey you can provide valuable feedback about your experience of using health and social care services within Leicestershire. The surveys help us to identify areas that many need improving for patients and the public.

Bradgate Mental Health Unit Services Survey

Healthwatch Leicestershire is working with local people to shape and improve the development and delivery of local services. This includes understanding people’s experiences of the services and making recommendations where applicable. This survey asks you your views on the Bradgate Mental Health Unit. We have been concerned about the unit following an inspection by the Care Quality Commission in February 2017 who reported the service required improvement. The information you provide will be used to help improve service delivery at the unit.
