Our Surveys

By taking part in a Healthwatch Leicestershire survey you can provide valuable feedback about your experience of using health and social care services within Leicestershire. The surveys help us to identify areas that many need improving for patients and the public.

Tell us your experiences of hospital discharge

If you have had an experience of being discharged from hospital, we would like to hear from you.

We want to better understand how people are affected by discharge from hospital.

Our aim is to help inform the discharge processes so that patients have an improved experience. This includes understanding people’s experiences and making recommendations where applicable.

We are asking you to complete our survey, so that we can make sure your views and experiences are taken into account when we work with the hospitals to improve the systems.

Have your say

Share your experience of Fibromyalgia

Fibromyalgia, also called fibromyalgia syndrome (FMS), is a long-term condition that causes pain all over the body. The exact cause of fibromyalgia is unknown, but it's thought to be related to abnormal levels of certain chemicals in the brain and changes in the way the central nervous system (brain, spinal cord and nerves) processes pain messages carried around the body.

We are conducting a survey to find out your experience of Fibromyalgia and to help us understand what is important to you. We have been working with Leicestershire Fibromyalgia Friends Together Group and we will pass the findings on to the group. We will also share our findings with service providers to help improve services.
