During September 2014 to February 2015 Healthwatch Leicestershire went on tour, visiting all districts and boroughs of Leicestershire to hear local people views and experiences on health and social care services. Please read the report below.

Report A Week in Leicester Royal Infirmary (LRI): The Patient Perspective

In January 2015 we spent a week at Leicester Royal Infirmary (LRI) in four departments talking to 262 patients. The result of this research is the report ‘A Week in Leicester Royal Infirmary (LRI): The Patient Perspective’, published today. Our staff, volunteers and board members spent four days at Leicester Royal Infirmary (LRI) from 27 January 2015 to 30 January 2015, listening to 262 patients.
