Healthwatch Leicestershire’s Annual Report documents our activity during 2014 – 2015.  The report includes information on:

  • Our governance and decision making

There is an Easy Read section at the front of the report and a post-production STOP PRESS notice at the end of the report, detailing the commendation recieved from Healthwatch England for our report ‘A Week in LRI’.

In January 2015 we spent a week at Leicester Royal Infirmary (LRI) in four departments talking to 262 patients.  The result of this research is the report ‘A Week in Leicester Royal Infirmary (LRI): The Patient Perspective’, published today. Our staff, volunteers and board members spent four days at Leicester Royal Infirmary (LRI) from 27 January 2015 to 30 January 2015, listening to 262 patients.
