Healthwatch Leicestershire (HWL) is giving you the opportunity to submit a question to be asked to health and social care Chief Executives in meetings with HWL that take place every three months.
Separate meetings will be held with the Chief Executives of University Hospitals of Leicester, Leicestershire Partnership Trust, Leicestershire County Council and East Midlands Ambulance Service.
You could ask questions about:
- Services at Leicester Royal Infirmary, Glenfield Hospital or Leicester General Hospital
- Mental health services
- Emergency ambulance services
- Social services received from Leicestershire County Council
- Any other health service received at home or in the community
These meetings are a way for you to get a response from the people who make decisions about local health and social care services. Use the form below to submit your question.
Questions can be submitted anonymously, however, if you wish to receive a response to your questions, please leave your name and email address.
